The article reveals the relevance and significance of the development of emotional intelligence among preschool teachers, describes the experience of developing components of emotional intelligence among young teachers through the introduction of scribing technology into trainings and individual consultations, which allows using visualization techniques to increase self-awareness and motivation. This technology serves as an effective way of transmitting information, allowing you to better remember and assimilate new material, quickly and efficiently process a large amount of information.
