Formation of the contact regenerate bone during filling of leg bone defects using a new technology of fragmental lengthening (experimental study)

The analysis of roentgen-and-morphologic characteristic features of contact regenerate bone formation at the butt-joint of the fragments of tibia for various variants of its adaptation was made experimentally. The dependence of the periods of formation of distraction and contact regenerate bones was revealed during tibial defect filling at the expense of fragmental lengthening at several levels.
