The article examines the role of corporate culture as an important element of HR policy that contributes to the development of an organization in a dynamic market. Particular attention is paid to the process of forming corporate culture, its impact on motivation, employee loyalty and adaptation of new team members. The author analyzes the key stages of implementing corporate values, as well as the use of tools such as trainings, adaptation programs and corporate events for the successful formation of a favorable working atmosphere. The article emphasizes the importance of corporate culture flexibility in a rapidly changing external environment and its impact on HR policy, which contributes to effective interaction of employees and the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
