Formation of the corporate culture of the individual and its role in managing the processes of change in corporations

In the modern world, there is a need to develop new approaches to understanding the role of corporate culture in the life of society. Corporate culture is a resource and an intellectual factor influencing economic processes. Traditional organizations are being replaced by a new type of organizations that competently use intangible resources to increase their competitiveness, creating unique advantages as a result of the use of intellectual assets. Purposeful involvement of intangible resources in the economic activity of the organization is one of the components of an integrated approach to the management of objects in the overall management system of the organization. One of such important intangible resources is the corporate culture of an organization, which can significantly affect the effectiveness of its functioning. The article presents the main elements of corporate culture formation. It is emphasized that there can be no good results without working on corporate culture, only constant work guarantees success in this direction. It is noted that the corporate culture in real organizations is unique, depends on the team, on the specifics of the field of activity, age, interests, desires and social living conditions of employees, and also shows the system of corporate culture as a flexible, effective model. It is revealed that corporate values play an important role in the formation of corporate culture and its successful functioning.
