The article defines the criteria of religious sects’ destructiveness, the consequences of their influence on the young generation. The author discusses the areas of educational prevention of pupils’ involvement in destructive religious organizations. The article presents approaches to the interpretation of the critical thinking concept, objectives and educational conditions of Its formation as a basis for anti-sectarian education.
