Formation of the Kuibyshev city department of the main pharmacy department of the RSFSR during the Great Patriotic War

Due to the growth of economic and political importance during the Great Patriotic War, the city of Kuibyshev was separated into a separate administrative district and classified as a city of republican subordination. For this reason, the city department was allocated from the regional department of the Main Pharmacy Department of the RSFSR. In the presented publication, the main events of this reorganization are reconstructed on the basis of the documents of the Central State Archive of the Samara Region.
