The article addresses the pressing issue of fostering a culture of personal safety among employees of the internal affairs agencies (OVD). It explores the essence of this integrative personal attribute, analyzing its key structural components: cognitive, operational-behavioral, value-motivational, and emotional-volitional. Particular attention is paid to the determinants at the organizational level, with a detailed examination of a comprehensive set of methods for its implementation, including regulatory and legal support, personnel and educational policies, logistical support, and organizational communication. The conclusion is drawn that the formation of a personal safety culture is a systemic process, the effectiveness of which is determined by the coordination of efforts at the organizational, group, and individual levels. Promising avenues for further work are suggested, such as deep personalization of training and the development of a system for the objective analysis of incidents.
