Formation of the culture of healthy life style of secondary school students by means of the "Ready for labor and defense" complex

The problem of the formation of a healthy lifestyle culture for students in the middle level of the school by means of the complex «Ready for Labor and Defense», which is relevant for pedagogical science, is discussed. One of the conditions for the holistic development of a student’s personality is the formation of a culture of a healthy lifestyle when practicing physical culture. A healthy lifestyle is one of the components of health, which is the basis for maintaining and supporting health and longevity throughout life. The rapid deterioration in the health of the population, especially among the younger generation, signals the need for innovative approaches in education, in particular in physical education classes.
