The formation of the personality of a future employee of the internal affairs bodies: a look at the problem through the prism of the concept of "linguistic personality"

The police of the Russian Federation is the guarantor of compliance with state laws and individual rights. In order to meet these requirements, the internal Affairs agencies of the need for qualified personnel and a well-developed system of training, which includes work on the formation of linguistic competence. The article presents an approach to the problem of formation of the personality of a future employee of the internal Affairs bodies in the process of mastering them in the departmental College of Humanities and professional cycle through the prism of the concept of "linguistic personality". Scientific theories and realities unanimous in understanding the importance and necessity of formation of the linguistic identity of the defender of law and order.
