Forming of the magnetic order and charge ordering in CAl-xRxMN03 (R = LA, PR, SM)

The ground of charge ordering state in CA1-xRxMNO3 (R = LA, PR, SM) is found by Monte-Carlo method to be arising from the dipole interaction between positive and negative charge particles formed by electron doped. The phase diagram of G- and C-type antiferromagnetic structures arising from filling d3z-r 2 2 - and p-orbitales of manganese and oxygen is determined in terms of model with random and ordered distribution of anisotropic ferromagnetic bonds.
