The article is devoted to the problem of the efficient natural resources management as one of the important forming the budget and capital-intensive asset of Russian National Wealth. The author described the methods and instruments of realization the mechanism for natural resources management, which will suffer to take into account the specific character of modern Russian economy and its regional subsystems.
