Formation of mechanism of sustainable economic development of enterprises in service industry and production spheres based on implementation of reengineering with the process approach to management

For forming the mechanism of sustainable economic development of Russian enterprises it is necessary to develop an idea of complex implementation of reengineering which would be integrated into the process approach to the management. It should correspond the present-day conditions, namely applying the strategic methods of management, IT, process approach to the enterprises activity management. This allows to integrate the structural units and enterprise HR both into the system of mutually depending business processes and into reengineering processes.
