Formation of a mechanism for sustainable development of a metallurgical enterprise

At present, when the Russian Federation is subject to an unprecedented number of sanctions from unfriendly states, the formation of a mechanism for the sustainable development of metallurgical enterprises is important. In addition, it should be noted that the Russian steel industry faced challenges long before the pandemic and the imposition of sanctions, first of all, these challenges are related to the fact that China has become the world's leading steel producer, with which it has become almost impossible to compete. In this article, the author has developed and substantiated a model for the sustainable development of a metallurgical enterprise based on the integration of management systems. In this model, the emphasis is on development that contributes to the achievement of results, we talk about this result in terms of company value, operational efficiency, dynamic potential, satisfaction of key stakeholders, as well as innovation, safety and environmental friendliness.
