Formation of an international student volunteer corps as a tool for strengthening partnerships and integration of foreign students

The article examines the formation of an international student volunteer corps as an effective tool for strengthening partnerships and integration of foreign students into the Russian educational space. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of volunteering and civic identity, the experience of implementing the project at the Perm National Research Polytechnic University, and the specifics of institutional partnership. Special attention is given to the cultural mediation of the patriotic agenda and the "translation of meanings" for foreign students. The presented experience demonstrates the potential of volunteering as a mechanism for social capital and intercultural dialogue in the context of globalization.
