Formation of multilevel management structures at carrying out of re-structuring of telecommunications agencies

In this article are considered approaches to formation and an estimation of multilevel structures of management of telecommunications agencies, also there is carried out the analysis of existing methods of an estimation of influence of risk factors on realization of projects on perfection of control systems. In work are offered methodical recommendations of the estimation the reasonability of introduction of the process approach in the enterprise management on the basis of the queuing systems. As the base were considered the federal state unitary enterprise «Progresses» and Open JSC «BETO» (Ufa).
