The article deals with the important aspect of the sociology of management, with the transformation of the personnel management system. The factors, leading to the phenomenon of mismatch are examined. The opposite phenomenon of сoncordance is also analyzed. The schematic model of the transformation mechanism of the personnel management system was developed by the author in order to help to anticipate the nature and quality of the changes, which would become the consequence of its implementation.
