Formation of a model of moral and ethical behavior of customs officials

The facts of corruption activities of representatives of the customs service, manifestations of moral deformations discrediting the moral character of a civil servant, cases of disregard for the requirements of the law, violation of ethical norms actualize the problem of forming a model of moral and ethical behavior of customs officials. The scientific article examines the possible reasons for the decrease in the level of moral responsibility of customs officers. The increasing importance of the activities of the psychological service, the formation and development of moral qualities of potential customs officers at the stage of their professional training is noted.
