The article analyzes the current problem associated with the formation of moral and volitional qualities in cadets of military universities in Russia. The author's view on the need for the formation of moral and volitional qualities in cadets is justified. The article presents the development of a structural and content model for the formation of moral and volitional qualities in cadets.
