Formation of motivation of a healthy lifestyle of youth by mass media

The article discusses how the mass media can contribute to the formation of motivation for a healthy lifestyle among young people. The article examines the legislative acts of the Russian Federation aimed at protecting the health of citizens and promoting a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle system has been defined. The question of the influence of mass media (both positive and negative) on the creation of a healthy person's image is studied and the levels of influence of mass media on the formation of a healthy lifestyle among young people are revealed.
