Formation of nanodimensional structure at plasma dusting of mechanically activated powder from the material with form memory effect on the basis of TiNiCu

Results of pilot study on formation the surface layers from material with form memory effect (FME) of three component structure on the basis of TiNiCu by combined method including mechanical activation and plasma dusting in vacuum are given. It is shown that plasma dusting in vacuum of three component system TiNiCu allows to receive the surface layers in nanostructural condition practically of any thickness. Structure, chemical and phase compound of TiNiCu surface layers provide appearance of FME. The average grain size of TiNiCu coverings fluctuates within 20-200 nanometers.
