Development of scientific competence of the Siberian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation: in historical and professional contexts

The article reveals the features of various periods of the development of the scientific competence of the Siberian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in a historical context since the first years of functioning of an educational organization as a higher educational institution. The author shows the dynamics, quantitative and qualitative aspects of the main indicators of the institute which allow to evaluate the state and level of scientific competence of the educational staff, to build the logistics for further improving the organization of scientific activity as the most important component of the functioning of an educational organization in the interests of training highly qualified specialists for the internal affairs bodies.
