Forming a new development trend for ESG-banking in the context of global instability

New problems faced by the regulator and financial market participants in conditions of structural transformation of the economy are defined by the issues of sustainable development and the formation of sustainable development architecture of the Russian Federation based on the implementation of ESG - principles. The article discusses the problems of implementing the ESG banking business model as a basis for achieving sustainable development goals. The authors analyze the results of the ESG transparency ranking of Russian banks and determine the role of the Russian Central Bank in the development of the sustainable financing market based on the procedure for implementing ESG principles in corporate governance of companies.
