Formation of public opinion as a priority task of modern political and public institutions: prospects for using PR-technologies for the development of the social state

This article addresses the problem of hierarchical power in modern Russian society. In this regard, there is a need to form public opinion as a priority task of modern political and public institutions. The article analyzes the most effective means of forming such an opinion at present - PR technology. Through the formation of public opinion through the use of PR technologies, power structures are able to control the activities and behavior of society as a whole. The purpose of the work is to study modern political and public institutions through the use of PR technologies for the development of the social state.
