Formation of the optimum structure of the capital of organizations

The article raises the question about the optimal capital structure of commercial organizations in modern conditions. Currently, this issue is most acute, because the level of debt to equity, the ratio between them affect a number of indicators of financial stability, which in turn affects the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, its solvency.
