Formation of the experience of intercultural communication among students of a medical university

The socio-pedagogical approaches, tasks and content of the process of developing the experience of intercultural communication among students of medical universities in Russia are considered. The author relies on the ideas of competence-based, state-legal approaches, an understanding of the global mission of the university in modern conditions of the development of world civilization, as well as on the historical message of the active participation of doctors in strengthening the national security of Russia. The analysis of the problem is carried out taking into account the content of the “National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation”, the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”, federal state educational standards of higher education of the Russian Federation in medical specialties.
