Cadets' Professionalism and professional competence development at law enforcement higher educational institutions as a pedagogical problem

The researchers focus on the issue of the cadets' professional competence development under competency-based learning approach to the higher professional education of the MIA higher educational institutions. The article briefly examines the content and correlation of the notions “professionalism”, “professional competence” and competency within the frame of their development at law enforcement higher educational institutions.
