Creating a conscious need to preserve the health of children middle school age

The article deals with the problems of forming a healthy lifestyle in school-age children in the conditions of a general educational organization at physical culture lessons. The low motivation of children of secondary school age to regular physical education classes is today a rather acute problem, the solution of which is currently the most urgent. The authors analyze the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the need to preserve and strengthen the health of children of secondary school age in physical education classes. The conditions are identified and recommendations are given for the formation of students ' conscious need for physical education.
