The author of this paper considers the mechanisms defining formation and functioning of pedagogical system of innovative educational establishment. The innovations are formed at modern school and as a rule they have spontaneous character and seldom are united in pedagogical system of innovative character. From the point of view of the author innovations at schools are formed as a result of the permission of the various contradictions arising in practice of general educational process.
