Policy development of higher education in the changing needs of the labour market in Russia

The article describes the main features of improvement of the state policy in the field of higher education, due to the need for new approaches to the management of modern higher education system in Russia on the basis ofpromising solutions aimed at ensuring a high level of employment of graduates under condition of formation of stable interactions between formal education and the labour market needs; the necessity of innovative financing mechanisms for development of higher education system with the involvement of the corporate sector and foundations.
