Formation of a strategic personnel management policy in a modern organization

This article discusses the directions of the personnel policy of personnel management. Also presented are models of strategic development of the enterprise as the basis for the formation of the structure of personnel management of the enterprise. In addition, the parameters for creating competitive human resources were determined. This is how strategies for reorganizing personnel programs are developed, labor productivity is increased, and conflict situations in production are being resolved in the shortest possible time. The strategic plans reviewed have shown a clear relationship between organizational management systems and strategic personnel management plans.
