Formation of positive image of state institutions through socially meaningful activities in the urban scale (for example, GKU "The Togliatti social shelter "Dolphin")

The article raises the question about the adequacy of using the potential capabilities of the organizational and management structure public institutions in the social sphere. The relevance of this topic due to the fact that the management of a public institution is considered as an important factor in the quality of implementation of social policy in Russia. State institution performs an important public mission, reveals the essence of state social policy in the field of family priorities, education of youth, uniting people, preserving the traditional values of Russia. It is impossible to imagine social asylum, Autonomous, existing in society, even if the teaching staff it strives to create for children (pupils) enabling environment. It is advisable to carry out optimization of management of the institution, given the importance of image in public space, and the implemented system should be able to take into account the interests of customers and efficient cooperation in society. Social partnership allows to combine the resources of the state and private benefactors, sponsors and the involvement of non-profit funds to implement specific social programmes. Positive image of state institution - is a powerful resource for solving problems in the social sphere.
