Formation of practically oriented skills among cadets from higher institutions of Russian EMERCOM in the process of professional training

Statement of the problem. The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of practically oriented skills among cadets of EMERCOM of Russia in the face of increased demands from the state and society in specialists of the EMERCOM of Russia system, caused by the speed of scientific and technological progress. The purpose of the articleis to identify the structure of practice-oriented skills of cadets, identify and justify organizational and pedagogical conditions for their effective formation on the basis of a systematic, active and competency-based approach to professional training in higher educational establishments of the EMERCOM of Russia. The research methodologyconsists of the analysis and generalization of the research work of authors on the formation of practice-oriented skills, content analysis of regulatory documents for specialists of the EMERCOM. Research results include the components of practice-oriented skills of the EMERCOM cadets are identified: motives and values, practice-oriented knowledge, practice-oriented actions. The level characteristics of the formation of practice-oriented skills among cadets are presented. Mainly low and medium formations of the EMERCOM cadets taking part in the experimental work were revealed. Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of practice-oriented skills of cadets of EMERCOM of Russia in the process of training at the university are formulated. Conclusion. To determine the effectiveness of application of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of practice-oriented skills among cadets of EMERCOM of Russia in the process of training an experimental check is required.
