Building lawyers’ legal consciousness and culture

The paper focuses on the main areas of forming lawyers’ legal culture and main features of professional legal culture. It is noted that professional legal culture is closely connected with personal legal culture. Professional legal culture is a system of moral and legal norms facilitating the formation of legal competency, legal beliefs and attitudes basing on the systematic law enforcement practice and profound skills and knowledge. Lawyers’ legal culture and legal consciousness can be built in the process of organized, purposeful and directed legal training and upbringing which constitute an integral system of education.
