The formation of legal awareness and culture for pre-school children

In the context of the formation of the rule of law in the Russian Federation, the problems of forming a legal culture and literacy of preschool children are discussed. It is characterized by the specifics of the formation of legal awareness of preschoolers, its relationship with the stages of development of the child's personality. The article deals with moral, psychological and pedagogical conditions, content, methods of legal culture and literacy education. It is emphasized that solving the problems of building a legal state requires the full use of the potential of education, including preschool.
