Formation of professional qualities of students in volunteers activities

The article presents the experience of the organization of volunteer activities of students, contributing to the formation of professional competencies of bachelors of the special defectological education direction. It is emphasized that the organization of volunteer activity is an effective means of developing motivation for professional activities and nurturing professional competencies among future teachers.
