Building cadets' professional competences at the Russian MIA educational organizations via interactive technologies

Peculiarities of forming cadets' professional competences at the Russian MIA educational organizations are under study. The paper covers the main national and foreign approaches to the definition of the concept “competence”. The authors review the main elements of professional competence and show a great importance of the competence-based approach in police officers' training. It is proved necessary to develop new technological solutions when building cadets' professional competences at the Russian MIA educational organizations. The authors suggest developing a content-functional model of building professional competences through interactive learning technologies.
