Development of professional competence of psychology undergraduates in the course of internship

The article describes the authors’ approach to the problem of professional competence development of Masters of Psychology in the course of internship. Based on the analysis of the Federal State Educational Standard and the experience of implementation of Masters’ training programs by some universities, the authors consider the promising areas of undergraduates’ training and the conditions of professional competencies development. The potential of the internship in the development of future psychologists’ competencies is discussed.
