Graduates’ professional expertise formation is a crucial task of the contemporary professional education

This is an analysis of professional expertise of the graduates from higher and secondary professional education institutions. The importance of their personal qualities has been assessed as guarantee for effective employment. The results of the forecast for the most demanded professions for the years 2015- 2020 within the territory of the Odintsovsky municipal region have been analyzed. A range of measures to estimate and confirm the professional expertise of graduates provided by the public federal educational standards for higher and secondary professional education has been proposed.
