The formation of professional skills of students - future teachers using method of microteaching

At present, a growing number of researches that demonstrate that development (economic, political, social, cultural etc.) of any country to a greater extent depends on a quality of pedagogical training, are getting published. In the Russian educational system this fact, unfortunately, receives little attention. University preparation is at a low level, because much attention is paid to the theoretical aspect. As a result of such training, young specialists are not prepared for a practical work. That is why the article gives an analysis of the method, that allows preparing practice-oriented specialists - microteaching. The article is devoted to the procedure of studies conducting, its features and detection of its advantages and disadvantages.
