Formation of psychic traits determining competitive strength of future bachelors in education science

The keen competition in the labor market, especially among higher school graduates, necessitates the formation of competetive psychic qualities of students as early as during study at the university. The competitive strength of a professional teacher means the ability to meet the challenges and compete successfully in the labor market. From the perspective of employers the psychic traits determining the competitiveness of future bachelors of education science (teachers) should include motivational focus on another person (in this case - on the development of a student), motivation for success, emotional self-control, commitment, stress immunity, readiness for self-development, communicative tolerance. The experiment results show that development of the necessary psychic qualities of a competitive teacher is possible by the use of the following means: psychological and educational seminars, independent work of students, trainings aimed at the development of the aforesaid qualities.
