The results of the study are presented, the purpose of which was to form a rational approach to teaching bachelors and masters of full-time and part-time forms of study in the areas of training 13.03.02 and 13.04.02 “Electrical power and electrical engineering” using hybrid intelligence systems. Hybrid intelligence systems are considered as open systems that combine information and telecommunication educational technologies with advanced contact learning methods. The academic problems of students and the advantages of distance learning are identified, as well as ways to use its capabilities in crisis situations that affect university education. The conclusion is made about the importance and relevance of modern information and telecommunication educational technologies for students of technical areas of full-time and part-time forms of education. The tasks are identified, the solution of which will make it easier for teachers to transition to distance learning.
