The formation of the speech culture of the future officer: peculiarities of the teaching of Russian and foreign cadets

The article considers the methodological principles and methods of forming the speech culture of cadets in a military engineering college. It is shown that the future officer should have both a common culture of behavior and a culture of communication. The features of teaching Russian language and culture of speech to Russian and foreign military personnel are highlighted. The experience of the organization of extracurricular work, which helps to effectively form the speech culture of future officers in the conditions of insufficient classroom instruction, is presented.
