Developing regional clusters by the level of investment

The article proved and tested methodical approach to the group­ing of the Central Federal District on the level and formation of investment development, including the selection of the necessary and sufficient indicators of the overall economic development and investment, time interval analysis, methods of grouping re­gions by cluster analysis and the results.
