Forming of the regulatory universal educational actions of junior schoolchildren at physical education classes

The article is devoted to the forming of universal educational actions at physical education classes. It examines the problems encountered by physical education teachers in the implementation of interdisciplinary learning outcomes. The study finds whether the exercises are performed with high intensity and have a complex coordination structure of movements as a means of formation of regulatory control and self-assessment skills. This leads to a decrease in the motor density of the lesson and an increase in the time of learning motor actions. Means of formation of the regulatory abilities providing the solution of problems of an applied orientation, on preparation trained to independent occupations by physical exercises are offered.
