Forming a balanced indicator system for estimating the efficiency of strategic management in railway transport organizations

The article considers a balanced scorecard as a tool for strategic management of railway transport organizations. The role of a balanced scorecard in strategic management is substantiated. The characteristic of the components of a balanced scorecard is given. A system of balanced indicators is proposed to assess the effectiveness of strategic management of railway organizations.
