The formation of balanced system of indicators of an estimation of activity of Federal Tax Service

The purpose of the study is to develop and test a balanced system of indicators for assessing the activities of the Federal tax service, which allows you to take into account the quantitative and qualitative indicators of its activities (for example, the effectiveness of tax audits, the business reputation of the tax service, financial costs for the maintenance of the service, etc.). A balanced scorecard translates the mission and strategy of the tax service into a set of operational goals and indicators that contribute to the achievement of the ultimate goal - improving the efficiency and transparency of the Russian tax system. The materials of the article can be useful for assessing the work of the inspections of the FTS of Russia and the service as a whole.
