The formation of a network the Siberian unions of consumer cooperatives (1913–1919)

This article is devoted to the problems of organization and enterprise of the Siberian unions of consumer cooperative. It's concluded that key in the created of consumer cooperative unions were two forms: formation unions on the basis of city workers and consumer cooperatives and association of cooperatives were members of the Union of Siberian butter-making artels. The rapid development of the network of consumer cooperatives Siberia was connect with economic crisis in the Great World War and new cooperative legislation adopted by the Provisional Government in March 1917.
