Formation of evaluation criteria system for innovative investment projects and programs

In this article the topical problems of investigation and realization of innovative projects are considered. On example of Krasnoyarsk region the largest investing projects are analyzed in terms of their innovativeness. It is concluded that foregoing problems have objective necessity of scientific investigation on the point of management of investment and innovation processes, primarily on purpose of establishment of obligatory innovative and technological examination of investment projects and programs.
