The article justifies the necessity of introduction of the qualimetric optimization model in the system of personnel monitoring. The author considers the prospects and possible challenges in case of adopting of the qualimetric optimization model in practical activity of an economic entity. It is emphasized, that adoption of such a model allows a company to improve the effectiveness of not only personnel management, but general business activities as well.
