Formation of a personnel training system to support the implementation of an innovative scenario of enterprise development

The article describes the importance of building a training system for employees of the railway industry in the current conditions. It is proposed to use an approach to training that takes into account the most promising areas of activity for maximum return on investment through the use of information technology. The proposed methodology will allow, after some time, to exchange best practices in the operation of similar enterprises within JSC Russian Railways, which may become the basis for an innovative development scenario.
